Appointments

Applicants should arrive at the Embassy on the day of their appointment by 7:30 am with their completed application, photos, receipt, and supporting documents.

Applicants should expect to spend most of the day at the Embassy.  If granted, visas will be available for pick-up in 2 days.

If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, you must ask for a new interview date with the Consular Section.  Applicants who miss their interview appointment for any reason will receive a new interview date six months from the date they request the new appointment.

If the applicant's ECOBANK receipt will expire (receipts are valid one year from the date of deposit) before this six month wait period, the applicant may have to reapply at ECOBANK and restart the process.
